Practical and functional.
Removes excess moisture from vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, kale etc – it’s also great for herbs, berries and more.
The side lever/handle allows to hold firm the spinner during use and provides spinning power with minimum effort. 3 simple turns of the handle and the basket will keep spinning until the salad or other vegetables are dry. The basket can be stopped anytime by pushing the button on the lid.
Bowl can also be used to elegantly serve salad to the table.
Colander also functions as a standalone colander (when not being used to remove moisture)

TIP: HOW TO KEEP YOUR CUT LETTUCE FRESH FOR A WEEK!
Wash your lettuce, but then be sure to dry it really well. Use the Ghidini Salad Spinner to get all that water off the leaves! Chop or tear your cleaned lettuce.
Line a Ziploc bag with a couple sheets of paper towel before you store your lettuce in it. (I take out the old paper towel and replace it with new every couple of days, if it is wet.)
Press all the extra air out of the Ziploc bag, then seal it shut.
